1. WHY YOU NEED BACKUP
XPRESSO?
A computer virus or disk failure could wipe
out your files, including email databases and documents. Someone
in your office, without any malicious intent, could mess up
your system, leading to the same sad results. If your operating
system was reinstalled, or your hard disk fails, you will
have a hard time getting your email and documents back.
The bottom line
is: your files and emails need a regular backup!
Of course you could look over your hard drive,
find the important files and manually copy them to another
